David Elphinstone is an associate in Weil’s London office and advises on a wide range of private equity and M&A transactions including both domestic and cross-border acquisitions, sales of companies, joint ventures, and corporate advisory work for private equity portfolio companies.
David has, as part of a team, advised a number of major corporates and private equity houses including Lehman Brothers, Advent International, HgCapital and Vitruvian Partners.
