Dan Stanton is a corporate associate in the London office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges specialising in international mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Dan’s expertise includes advising private equity sponsors and major corporates on a range of cross-border mergers, acquisitions and disposals, issues of debt and equity and corporate restructurings.
Dan has, as part of a team, advised a range of clients including American Capital, Dubai International Capital, Advent International, HgCapital, Pension Corporation, Premier Foods, GE Aviation, the Canary Wharf Group and GlobeOp Financial Services.
Dan joined the firm in September 2006 and split the second year of his training contract between the corporate departments of our London and New York offices. He was admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales in September 2008.
