Danek Freeman is a partner in the firm’s Banking and Finance practice based in New York.
He represents banking and financial institution clients in a wide variety of domestic and international financing transactions, including financings of mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, recapitalizations and restructurings. Mr. Freeman also advises corporate borrowers in connection with financings with banks and other financial institutions. His practice encompasses investment grade, leveraged and asset-based syndicated credit facilities as well as loan restructurings and work-outs.
Clients represented by Mr. Freeman include Barclays, Brookfield Asset Management, Citigroup, Fortress Investment Group, Macquarie and Morgan Stanley.
