Consistent with previous years’ rankings, Weil, Gotshal & Manges is once again included among Corporate Board Member magazine's top ten corporate law firms in America. Now in its tenth year, Corporate Board Member's annual list of the top 20 national law firms is based on a survey sent to 8,500 directors and 2,200 general counsel serving on boards of publicly traded companies listed with the NASDAQ and NYSE Amex. The survey is conducted by the magazine and FTI Consulting, Inc., a global business advisory firm.
Weil Gotshal repeated its standing among the top six firms ranked by directors and among the top ten firms as ranked by general counsel. The firm has been among the top ten firms nine of the past 10 years.
