Clinton Hutchings is a Corporate associate in the Dallas office. His practice includes transactional, corporate and securities matters, representing clients in private equity investments, debt financing and securities offerings. He has represented various organizational and investment structures, including limited liability companies, limited partnerships and cross-border holding companies.
Mr. Hutchings has been an advisor in a number of transactional matters involving clients such as Sterling Chemicals, Inc., Thomas H. Lee, Invista, Friona Industries, L.P, Enron Corp., Alfa, S.A., BancTec, Inc., ComPsych Corporation, and has worked closely with private equity client Centre Partners in private equity investments and management and leveraged buyouts.
