Claire Comfort is an associate in Weil’s Litigation Department. She focuses her practice on patent litigation and counseling matters, with an emphasis on pharmaceutical and life science technologies.
Ms. Comfort received a B.S. in Chemistry, with honors, from Georgetown University in 2006. She completed graduate coursework in biochemistry and analytical chemistry and an independent research thesis during her undergraduate years. Ms. Comfort received her J.D. in 2009 from Columbia University School of Law, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Executive Editor of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review.
