Christie Di Guglielmo is an associate in the Litigation department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, and is a member of the Securities/Corporate Governance practice. She is a member of the Delaware bar, practicing in Weil Gotshal’s Wilmington, Delaware, office. Ms. Di Guglielmo focuses on representing boards of directors and senior management in shareholder derivative and class action litigation and on counseling on corporate governance and fiduciary duty issues. Ms. Di Guglielmo is also actively involved in pro bono and public service work.

Ms. Di Guglielmo is a 1998 graduate of Brown University. She graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2003, where she was executive editor of The University of Pennsylvania Law Review. Before joining the firm, Ms. Di Guglielmo served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable E. Norman Veasey, then-Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Delaware. Ms. Di Guglielmo frequently writes with Chief Justice Veasey, now a senior partner at Weil Gotshal, articles concerning corporate law and governance, corporate litigation, and the role of legal counsel with corporations.
