Brandon Fuqua is an associate in Weil’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation practice group, where he focuses on a wide array of litigation in courts around the U.S.
Mr. Fuqua received his B.A. from Duke University in 2008 and his J.D. from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2011, where he served as Managing Editor of the SMU Law Review. Following law school, Mr. Fuqua served as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas S. Lang of the Texas Fifth Court of Appeals.
Mr. Fuqua is an associate in the Judge Patrick E. Higginbotham American Inn of Court and volunteer interviewer for the Duke University Alumni Admissions Advisory Committee.
