Blaire Cahn is a senior associate in Weil’s Business Finance & Restructuring Department. Ms. Cahn’s practice focuses on both debtor and creditor representations in complex chapter 11 cases and out of court restructurings. Ms. Cahn has worked on numerous debtor representations, including General Growth Properties, Deb Shops, and Pilgrim’s Pride Corporation.
Ms. Cahn won the 2012 Legal Aid Society Award for outstanding pro bono service. Ms. Cahn is a member of Women@Weil and the firm’s Green Committee. She is a member of the Turn Around Management Association and serves on the organization’s Women’s’ Division Committee.
