Bíborka Jójárt is a senior associate with more than eight years of experience specializing in mergers & acquisitions, general corporate matters and labor and employment law. She represents clients regarding health care/life sciences, banking and finance and private equity issues.
Since joining Weil’s Budapest office in 2005, Ms. Jójárt has represented a range of leading Hungarian and international clients across these practice areas. Within her mergers & acquisitions practice, Ms. Jójárt has advised on matters involving joint ventures, regulatory issues and financing. Her work in this field often relates to employment law matters, where she has particular experience in labor disputes, workforce reductions, government subsidies, and executive employment contracts and management incentive plans, including share options. Ms. Jójárt’s work on health care/life sciences matters has involved health insurance, regulatory regimes, and the biosciences sector.
Prior to joining Weil, Ms. Jójárt worked for another major international law firm for more than two years.
Ms. Jójárt is fluent in English, proficient in German and conversational in Italian, in addition to her native Hungarian.
