Ben Cocoracchio is an associate in the London office of Weil and specialises in private equity fund formation. Prior to joining Weil, Ben was an associate in the private funds group at a UK firm.
Ben specialises in advising investment fund managers on the establishment and operation of private equity funds, real estate funds and infrastructure funds, as well as advising on the corresponding management and executive remuneration arrangements. Ben also advises investors on their investment in a variety of investment funds.
Ben has experience of advising buyers and sellers on single-interest and large portfolio secondary transactions.
