Barbra Broudy is a senior associate in the firm’s Capital Markets practice. She advises both issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of securities and other capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on and secondary equity offerings, and debt offerings.
Ms. Broudy has represented Vantiv, Fortegra Financial Corporation, STR Holdings, Generac Holdings, EnergySolutions, and NewStar Financial in their initial public offerings; General Electric Capital Corporation and The Estée Lauder Companies in investment grade notes offerings; MGM Resorts International in a shelf take-down equity offering; and the initial purchasers in offerings of high yield notes by Sanmina-Sci Corporation and Frontier Communications. Ms. Broudy also has experience in acquisition finance, representing Thomas H. Lee Partners in their acquisition of Ceridian Corporation and in the recapitalization of MoneyGram International and Irving Place Capital in their acquisition of Thermadyne Corporation.
Ms. Broudy received her JD from Rutgers University in 2003. She graduated from the University of Montana in 1999.
