Arthur de Baudry d’Asson is a Corporate partner in the Paris office. His practice involves a wide range of mergers and acquisitions-related matters both for public and private companies. He regularly represents public companies in high profile domestic and cross-border merger and acquisitions transactions, friendly and hostile takeovers, joint ventures, business reorganizations, spin-offs and carve-outs. He also advises clients on corporate and governance matters, as well as on hostile takeover defense strategies. Recently, Arthur de Baudry d’Asson has counseled clients in the field of distressed M&A and debt restructurings.

Arthur de Baudry d'Asson graduated from the French business school Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) in 1994, and in 1997, he graduated with a Master of Law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is also a graduate of Harvard Law School (LLM, 2000) and has been admitted to the Paris Bar since 1996, as well as the New York Bar.
