Andrew Nelson is an associate in the Corporate Department of Weil, Gotshal & Manges' Silicon Valley office. Mr. Nelson's practice is primarily focused on mergers and acquisition, including public and private company mergers and going private transactions. Mr. Nelson has also worked on a variety of other transactions, including private equity matters, restructurings, tender offers, initial public offerings and general securities and corporate matters.
