Anant Pradhan is an associate in the Patent Litigation practice in Weil's Silicon Valley office.
Mr. Pradhan has worked on trial and appellate matters in a number of industries including fetal diagnostic techniques and data storage devices. Mr. Pradhan is also strongly committed to pro bono and has assisted clients with matters related to elderly financial abuse and low-income housing.
In addition to his litigation work, Mr. Pradhan serves on the Board of Directors for the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California.
Mr. Pradhan received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was the Senior Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy and Comments Editor of the Harvard Environmental Law Review. He graduated summa cum laude from Colorado School of Mines with a B.S. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering. While a student, he conducted research on methane hydrate formation in offshore oil pipelines and helped design a corn-based ethanol production and distillation facility.
