Amy E. Heller is an associate in Weil, Gotshal & Manges’ Trusts & Estates Department. She advises clients in connection with domestic and international tax and estate planning matters. She also has experience in the areas of charitable gift planning and tax-exempt organizations.
Ms. Heller is an adjunct professor at the New York University School of Law, where she teaches Advanced Income Taxation of Trusts & Estates. She serves as Chair of the Generation-Skipping Transfer Tax Committee of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. She is also a member of the Tax and Trusts & Estates Sections of the New York State Bar Association.
Ms. Heller is a magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College, where she received a B.A. in Economics, and a cum laude graduate of Harvard Law School. She also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
